Freddie Dwozan, RPh
Owner and President
Freddie is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy. He began his pharmacy career as a retail pharmacist. Upon starting his own pharmacy in 1979 in Eastman, Freddie served as a local home-town pharmacist for many years. As a small business owner, he has dedicated his life to helping Georgians who are sick and in need of care and comfort. He is a member of the Georgia Pharmaceutical Association and currently serves on the board of directors of Dodge County Hospital Foundation. Freddie currently serves the company by coaching & counseling the Corporate Leadership Team in any way needed.

Paul Elmore, CHA
Chief Executive Officer
Paul Elmore serves as the Chief Executive Officer of IV Care Options. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Business. He has accumulated over 23 years of healthcare leadership experience to include sales, general management, strategic planning, and executive management in infusion and specialty pharmacy, durable medical equipment, and clinical patient services including nursing and pharmacy care models. He is a current Advisory board member for Three Rivers Home Healthcare and is an active member of the National Home Infusion Association. He has previously been published in the Atlanta Hospital News providing insight into Healthcare leadership and management and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Paul’s responsibilities include staying abreast of important industry trends and empowering others in the organization to move forward strategically.

Tammy Peterson
Chief Financial Officer
Tammy’s career with the company began in 1984. She has served in many capacities during her tenure and has dedicated herself to assist to provide patients with insurance benefit coordination. A graduate of Mercer University, her dedicated service of over 30 years has focused on helping families understand their insurance benefits to maximize their access to the services they are entitled to receive. Tammy is involved in the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations.

Joni Dwozan, PharmD
Chief Operating Officer
Joni began with the company in 1990. Following her graduation from Mercer University College of Pharmacy, where she obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, she returned to work with the company and served as the Director of Pharmacy. She is a member of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the Georgia Pharmacy Association. Joni provides leadership, management, and vision for the company to ensure all procedures and systems are in place for effective growth as the Chief Operating Officer. Her responsibilities also include keeping the organization running efficiently, integrating the organization’s strategic plan, and providing management oversight for high quality, cost-effective and integrated services across all companies.

Marci McCranie, BSN
Chief Human Resource Officer
Marci started with the company in 1993 continuing her family’s commitment to serving others. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia College and State University, as well as certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Her responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organization and performance management, training & development, and compensation. She also supports our most important asset, our people.

Diane Rowland, RN
Administrator
Diane has served the healthcare industry since 1986. She has more than 20 years of nursing experience in numerous settings including cardiac, electrophysiology, critical care and palliative nursing. A Macon State College graduate, she has dedicated her career to both providing and guiding others who offer compassionate palliative care to the terminally ill patient utilizing a coordinated interdisciplinary team approach, allowing death to occur naturally in a homelike setting with peace and dignity. With her extensive clinical expertise, she provides guidance to our Hospice staff members and oversees the daily operations of five site locations. Diane believes in giving exceptional care, development of others and in surrounding oneself with like-minded people who give service above self while creating a work/ life balance. She is honored and privileged to serve people who wholeheartedly serve others.

Kaci Elmore, BSN, RN
Compliance and Regulatory Director
Kaci oversees the Corporate Compliance Program and Regulatory Affairs, functioning as an independent and objective consultant for IV Care Options over the past 18 years. She ensures the Board of Directors, management, and employees are in compliance with rules and standards of federal and state regulatory agencies and accreditation entities. Kaci also maintains that company policies and procedures are followed and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s ethical standard of conduct while evaluating compliance issues/concerns. She represents the infusion industry holding positions on the National Home Infusion Association Standards Committee and the Outcomes Task Force Committee assuring infusion patients have high quality care and safety at the forefront of each patient care experience.

Tia Pridgen, RN
Director of Business Development
Having begun with the organization as a staff nurse in 2006, Tia is now responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that upholds the mission and values established by the organization. She manages a team whose job it is to bring new customers and clients to the organization by implementing partnerships that establish business opportunities. A graduate of Abraham Baldwin College, Tia has dedicated her healthcare career to ensuring that patients and their families receive exceptional care close to home.

Linda Hendricks, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Linda Hendricks has worked with Hospice Care Options since 2003, serving as Medical Director and maintains Board Certification in both Hospice and Palliative Care in addition to Medical Oncology. Dr. Hendricks earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1990. In 1995, Dr. Hendricks graduated with her Medical Doctorate at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA where she completed her residency. Following her strong desire to pursue oncology, she completed her fellowship in Hematology/Medical Oncology in 2000. She is the managing partner and a practicing physician at Central Georgia Cancer Care in Macon and Warner Robins. She is the first woman to be elected as Chief of Staff and the Medical Center of Central Georgia. She is the chair of the Breast Cancer Disease Site Team at MCNH and an Associate Professor at Mercer University School of Medicine. As Medical Director for HCO, Dr. Hendricks ensures qualified medical direction and consultation for the delivery of hospice services and programs and demonstrates interaction/communication with the attending and IDG physicians as necessary for appropriate medical care.
